Our CTRM (Commodity Trading & Risk Management) software, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, helps companies efficiently manage the trading of essential commodities like metals, grains, cocoa, coffee, and dairy.
To scale up our impact, we are hiring a Product Manager to support product development, enhance delivery processes, and help manage the roadmap in line with customer needs and strategic goals.
Your role as Product Manager
This role suits someone who naturally brings structure to complex processes and subjects, whether that’s organising feedback, streamlining workflows, or translating business needs into actionable development tasks.
Core Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy development
- Perform Market and Competitive analysis, to keep our product strategy up-to-date
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and usage data to feed the product roadmap
- Support Product Backlog grooming and prioritization process including the documentation of roadmap decisions
- Stakeholder communication and alignment
- Drive Go-To-Market Strategy and Launch Planning including the preparation of product documentation and materials for end-customers and implementation partners
- Coordinate process improvements throughout the entire organization from development to sales, support and project delivery teams
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic and international environment.
Must-haves:
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn about our market and software
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A natural ability to bring structure to complex processes and subjects
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Product- or Project Management related to software products.
- Familiarity with the Agile framework and tooling.
