Due to our growth and success, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in implementing our DycoTrade CTRM platform.

Your role as Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you lead the implementation of our CTRM platform for international clients. You monitor progress, ensure smooth collaboration, and deliver successful projects on time and within budget. You are the key link between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are met.

A typical workday might look like this:

• Morning: Internal project team meeting to discuss progress and set priorities.
• Afternoon: Resource planning and budget management to monitor project costs and stay within financial guidelines.
• End of the day: Client meeting to provide updates and collaboratively set actions for the RAID log.

Additionally, you coach project team members, conduct risk analyses, and implement best practices in project management. You play a proactive role in improving processes and identifying innovations in commodity trading that impact current and future projects.

What we are looking for

Must-haves:

• At least 10 years of experience in project management for ERP implementations.
• Experience with stakeholder management and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to deadlines and budgets.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar methodology.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and commodity trading.
• Affinity for client-focused thinking and process optimization.
• Background in change management and stakeholder engagement
