Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for a Managed Services Senior Finance Consultant D365F&SCM to join our team and make an impact in the fast-paced world of commodity trading.

Your role as Managed Services Senior Finance Consultant D365F&SCM

As a Managed Services Senior Finance Consultant D365F&SCM, you will play a crucial role in providing continuous support and innovative solutions to our customers. You will collaborate with our consultants, developers and technical team, to resolve incidents and implement change requests, ensuring the smooth operation of our solution and encouraging long term client satisfaction.

A typical day in this role might look like this:

• Morning: Review support inbox, approve timesheets, prepare for client meetings. work on cases, client site visits
• Afternoon: Collaborate with team on open cases, update CS and DevOps, respond to customers, review new features and enhancements, client meetings or demo's
• End of the day: Send updates to clients. Submit your daily timesheet

You will be responsible for resolving critical incidents, implementing new functionality and change requests, continuous learning and knowledge sharing, guidance on optimising processes, update and account management ensuring customer satisfaction. 

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Managed Services Senior Finance Consultant D365F&SCM
who thrives in a dynamic and international environment.

Must-haves:

• +5 years of experience working with D365F&SCM in finance functional or support roles
• Bachelor's degree or similar - finance related
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In depth understanding of accounting, finance operations and business processes
• Continuous learning and adaptability

Nice-to-haves:

• Related Microsoft certifications
• Commodity trade finance knowledge
